If you haven’t worked with reinforcement learning before or don’t have a strong grasp on the theory, I found this Coursera specialization from Martha and Adam White (DeepMind Researcher) at the University of Alberta to be immensely valuable.

Reinforcement Learning, Second Edition — Sutton and Barto

The Coursera course above relies on the following (free!) textbook that appears to be considered the bible-equivalent of reinforcement learning. I’ve found this to be an invaluable reference in addition to the required reading from the course.
